Rooms to adopt are by unit size and type. Since our units range from studio to 3-bedroom apartments, each household will have different needs. Our lists break down units into small, medium, and large units. Room types available to adopt are bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchens. The estimated cost to adopt a room is as follows. (Note that smaller units may be less expensive to shop for than larger units, depending on what items you purchase and from where.)
- Bathroom: $200-300
- Kitchen: $400-$800
