YWCA Children’s Program supports children, youth, and families impacted by domestic violence. We strive to support each child’s/youth’s individual social, emotional, and developmental needs by creating trusting relationships and maintaining a safe and warm environment.  Our services provide opportunities for children/youth to broaden their personal experience, to strengthen their ability to communicate and problem-solve, and to develop self-awareness and self-esteem.  All of our programs utilize art and play as primary tools for promoting this healing and holistic growth.
